  1. City to Recognize Employees for Putting Mission, Vision Statements into Action

    As part of the city's many opportunities for employee appreciation and recognition, the Employee of the Year program returns for another year with a new nomination form that focuses on the city's mission and vision statements. The following employees are exempt from nomination: directors and above; fire (civil/civilian); nominating committee/chairperson; and police (civil/civilian).   2. Simplified Nomination Instructions

    Describe how the employee has demonstrated above-and-beyond commitment to the city's mission and vision statements. In other words, how has the employee put the mission and vision into action? Hint: Provide specific examples. Average submissions should be approximately three to four paragraphs (limit 1500 characters).
